Does he have to pull the motor for access to the stud? Did he have to pull the Whipple off already or that only comes off if he has to pull the motor? I'm supercharged and am getting the possible manifold tick and am toying with the idea to do it myself to replace the gaskets/manifolds.

I had a few misfire codes and I believe the fix for that is either plugs, coils and/or wires. I'm at 130K and I've swapped plugs but now I'm doing wires and coils to see if that fixes the misfire issues.

Did you take off the TB along with the intake tube? Should it be pushing against the #5 cylinder or do I just need to adjust the tube so it doesn't seem like the #5 wire is getting too much pressure? Thanks for the info about the jack shaft cover. I forgot that thing might be in the way.

Did you get this done? I heard it was going to be sketchy to effectively rebuild these and just went with new wires. I'm going to tackle the change out with a Whipple this holiday. Hope everything runs smoother after.

Yeah. I got it all hooked in. I'm still trying to see what other features I can access to make this all worth it. But now I'm in search of a rack and pinion. It's never ending. And yes. Come out. Kids out of school and I have more damn down time!
