I had the same problem and just ordered a cheap Chinese knock off from Amazon and spliced it in myself. It works for me.

I touched up some spots on my ADD bumper and set it up on the mid perch.

I just did the mid perch modification on my truck and that collar was good and stuck! I spent hours trying to get it to move. I used PB Blaster, heat, gentle persuasion, mild persuasion and then finally, a BFH. It took a 4 lb sledge directly to the bottom of the collar to get it to budge...
