Yes. They fit. The empty racks do not interfere with the bed extender. Depending on what you mount to the rack is gonna limit the positions of the bed extender. I usually run both daily. I remove the bed extender when the spare is strapped to the bed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
