Ford dealers on the Island are terrible. Nassau, Suffolk and NYC are a waste of time in my opinion. Once you get upstate you start to find better dealers.

Had the TSB done a few months ago. Exhaust does still rattle on start up. Not as bad as it was before TSB. The exhaust modes are much better after the TSB. I have no plans to do anything else with this issue. I am over it and don't pay any attention to it now.

Can this Service procedure be done using forscan? Using the datalogger on the appropriate ford diagnostic scan tool, pull up the EVAP_TEMP PID in the front controls interface module (FCIM) to read the evaporator temperature

I had an issue with the glare free. I signed up for the paid forscan subscription/support. They sent me a custom file. After that I was able to make the changes with no issues.

Pretty much same deal. Exhaust was replaced a few months back. Made no difference. Waste of time.

They replaced my exhaust. It did not fix the issue. Don’t waste your time.

They swapped my muffler and it didn’t fix the issue.

If you really want the truck and you can afford to pay over sticker just do it before someone else does. This mess isn't getting any better.

That sounds like the dash has to be removed unless I'm reading it wrong.

Same here. I had mine replaced about 1 month ago. Its rattling just like before.

I had the same issue. The ac temp was always cold, measured it at the vent but the fan was not blowing any air. I shut off the ac and let the fan run for a few mins on its own. Then hit the ac button again and the ac started working again. I feel like its more of an electronic component issue...

Watched your video. Same exact noise.

I had the muffler changed by the dealer last month. Truck still has the rattle till it warms up. When you say gates do you mean the wastegates?
