Just took mine off , why was it even installed : useless to say the least.

Ford has increased the price for a base model SCAB from $48325 to $52840 = $4515 increase. With very small changes , seems like overkill with no updates to serious issues , like the cam phasers IMO.

Bought a used '17 CPO SCAB, 25K build date was 12/16 ... Didn't notice right away . Was about 2 weeks in when it took my attention... Found this Forum , & learned about the issue... Going to leave it for now , don't keep my vehicles too long , 2 years or less... Will , trade it for a 2020...

The '19 800a at local stealerership has the front torsion diff. as its only added option from the factory as a $500 extra + the dealer installed bed liner. Just under 55k

Thanks for the replies , after looking at the '19 800a & weighing all options , going to keep my '17 with 802a package... In two years or less will trade up to another new used Raptor , and get better trade value.

Agreed , if I was looking to trade w the same stealership , why on earth why I make any skink at all? Not "their" problem vs. "there's" a problem is grammar issue u have to deal with . Just looking for opinions , not an argument...

Bought a CPO 2017 with just under 25K miles. Had no idea about the rattle , until it started to happen. Haven't even made the first payment & I'm upset with the stealership , big time.. They had to know about this issue , Its A CPO vehicle & put less than 500 miles on it. Dishonesty on them ...
