Could just be a bad auto start switch. When I bought mine I got a code the next day. Took it in Had a bad E brake switch

If I heard that on my f250 I would think it was the lifters. My 20 raptor has a harsher sound in the morning but not that loud. I’ll check with hood up

Installed the perimeter plus and noticed it wasn’t very sensitive. Put my key fob in the house and went back outside and tapped the side of the truck and alarm went off. So maybe having your fob close bye makes it less sensitive. Also the led is not very bright☹️

Will this also work for the 2020. Cant believe you pay 70k for a truck and they don’t put shock sensors on it
