I had the same issue on my 2020. Took it to dealer and their electronics tech reprogramed and it sounds great. Two other brand new 2020s on the lot had the same issue.

My 1 mo old 2020. Added tint, spray-in, recycled backflip trim-fold cover from my Lariat and had stock wheels powder coated this weekend, which I think looks better because my raptor didn't have a bit of polished aluminum anywhere else.
