If you are street driving it might work without a perch collar, but off-road, no way I’m not sure why you would not do it. The 1.5 inch collar don’t change the ride one bit. Mine actually rides better than when it was stock. I think the 37s add a bit more cushion.

You’ll have to source your own wiring. I ran both power and ground to the upfitter switch wires in the pass Ange side kick panel. There is a ground post there that you can use. I was also concerned about the lights not being bright enough, so I also ran some Baja Designs S1’s and mounted...

Same! I had a-Pilar mounts on my gen2 and I got way too much reflection on the hood. I think this will work out much better.

Yep, it was pretty easy. The two inner lights were a bit of a pain in the butt to get the nut on the bolt, but I was able to tape the nut to the wrench to hold the nut in place while I tightened the bolt from the front.
