Has anyone had issues closing the tailgate with their gaskets? Once everything is torqued down the tailgate won’t close without ripping the gasket off.

I saw a Ford Tech explain it on YouTube but I can't find it anymore. Here is the Haynes procedure for doing it. They don't mention it in the video, but people also suggest doing it on an incline to help any air get out of the system, especially the heater core.

Bumping this thread back up. In 60 degree weather after driving for 20 minutes, and going up my small hill, i see temps above 220, got up to 225. And when I take an hour drive on the freeway in 70 degree temps, I'll see occasional blips above 230. But the truck hovers around 215 in normal city...
