Yep, checked part numbers, they match. Checked workshop manual procedure, springs are oriented correctly. All squeaks gone :)

You likely have dirt and grime between these pads between your leaf springs: https://atqauto.com/2015-2020-ford-f150-leaf-spring-outer-isolator-bushings/ Pressure washing them works, but they may also be worn out. Mine were pretty worn down on one edge. Some have suggested using this dry lube...

Yes, I got my issue resolved. Fuse 14 was not fully seated in its slot. After that was pushed in all the way I haven't had an issue since. My user manual lists fuse 14 as not used, but it certainly is :)
