You can get a set of non-dot BFG Baja tires, the real racing tires for down in Mexico used on TT's in 40" size that will hold up to about 150mph, and that's off road as well.

It's pretty obvious that the Whipple supports up to that #, not what happens when you bolt it on that motor. And TT don't even run close to anywhere near that # in the desert. Most I've heard of power wise in a TT is 1116hp out of a race big block that goes into a Mason AWD TT.

Truck hasn't been to the dealer for driver side mirror so they haven't actually diagnosed it yet.
