My resonator has two drain holes, one on either side, near the outer lip. At first I thought there was a leak after I installed my cut-out, but thankfully no.
Use one of these keyless entry keypad from ford. I had one on my Shelby and one from nissan on my xterra.
Just stick it on and program it like any key fob. The cool thing is that you can stick it anywhere.
