I follow what you’re saying and have noticed this lately. Example going 45 mph in 7th gear, floor it and it downshifts to 5th. It should downshift to a lower gear. Hopefully a TCM tune will remedy this.
Anyone have a recommendation for a wheel brush to clean the barrels of the front rims? I have a couple wheel brushes but there’s not a lot of room between the rim and the dust shield so they don’t work very well.
Sounds good. I would be interested in hearing some revs or under acceleration. I like my Corsa at idle, but it gets a little raspy under load, especially when towing.
Just got the letter today. I still need to get the front camera recall done so I may see if they can knock out both at the same time. And while it’s there I may have them take a look at my front rotors. They look rough, but feel fine.
Loving them so far. I wanted something other than Methods, and it took me awhile to settle on the RPT1, but no regrets. They do “poke” out about an inch more than stock, and they are also about 10 pounds lighter per wheel than stock.
And if your not familiar with Bead Maker check it out. I use it as a topper and drying aid. It doesn’t last very long but it’s pretty cheap and is crazy slick and adds a lot of gloss.
All the prep was a Saturday, did the first coat on Sunday the gave it 24 hours and did a second. It’s the prep that takes all the time, the sprays are pretty much wipe on and wipe off.
