Alpha 1 Billet TT uca and steering arms rebuild

FK rod ends, whether it be a heim or uni-ball, typically have the part numbers stamped on them. You're going to have to pull the suspension, press out the uni-balls from the lower arms, and get the numbers off the old parts. The steering link heims will have different numbers for the inner and...

    Long travel options/reviews

Give James at Westside Offroad Group a call. WOG installed my BMS LT kit and it works great. I have no regrets with this kit.

No 4LO, TCS, ORM, or Locker with Long Travel

stock hubs up front and still retaining 4wd (sort of, ha). With the ABS module now gone, there are no wires going down to the wheels for the speed sensors.

No 4LO, TCS, ORM, or Locker with Long Travel

I talked with Walter about that locker module you mention a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, he stopped selling those things. Complete new axle is what I want to get but that will be a little while.

No 4LO, TCS, ORM, or Locker with Long Travel

Thanks for your input @Nex. A jumper and wiring up a switch is the direction I assumed I'd be going in order to get the locker working. I'll have to look into the wheel speed sensors. They are definitely gone on the front of the truck now. The tires are 37s. Thanks @bubbarob. The LT kit and the...

No 4LO, TCS, ORM, or Locker with Long Travel

Its been a long time since I've posted on this forum and I'm in need of some help from the programming/wiring gurus out there. Recently I had long travel suspension installed on my truck. The suspension is basically a Blitzkrieg 4wd long travel kit with King 3.5 bypasses, 2.5 coilovers, and 2.5...

    6.2 Header gasket

Drivers side is fairly easy. Less headache and cussing. Its the passenger side that is difficult. Passenger side requires removal of the starter and engine mount. Once those are out of the way the engine has to be jacked up to get the header in and out. None of that is needed for the drivers...

h&m racing design ford raptor long travel kit (clean post)

I was talking with Kevin at HM a few weeks ago about this build. He said he ended up building a new shock mount for this guy, throwing it in his luggage, and flying down to Panama or wherever to weld everything on and get the kit cycling correctly for the owner. The front end is solid now. -Rob

    Kooks header install issue

I have Kooks headers and did the install myself. Like Riddick said, you do need to completely remove the passenger side motor mount. Once it is out of the way you should be able to jack the engine up about 4 inches to get enough room to slide the header into place. Also, I would NOT recommend...
