**Last Update** Valve body replaced and all updates completed. Immediately notice smoother shifts up and down. No more hard downshifts so seems like they fixed it. Will have to see if anything happens in the next 2-3K miles.

**UPDATE** Per Ford its a malfunctioning valve body. Part came in today, truck being dropped off tomorrow and they will need it for 2 days. Will try to get specifics on what actually happened or if this is a guess.
