Be really careful removing the dust cover over the PCM, its basically thin foam and will fall apart in your hands.

Day 2 - Started up multiple times, I'm feeling pretty confident that was the fix.

Battery voltage is good, everything looked good and checked out, that's what was so confusing.

Pulled the ECU plugs a second time, hose it down REAL good with electrical cleaner, started right up. I'm going to run it for a bit, then shut it off and back on a few times to ensure that did it. Starter connections are good, I just pulled all three ECU plugs and cleaned them as well, also tried a shot of starting fluid, she still wont fire

Turn on your parking lights and look at the back of the cab, if the three LED's are not illuminated your light may be unplugged, thus keeping the third brake light from working. Remove it and start fishing for the plug
