Thank you for sharing all of those technical details, great read. At 20 months of ownership my battery was toast and had to be replaced. Thankfully they are warrantied for 36 months, mileage means nothing for this component.

Ford replaced mine under warranty due to the coating coming off.

Yes, the stock intercooler was removed and I am using the Full Race v2 Intercooler relocate kit in black. Gives it a more OEM look as well.

I have this setup installed. You are correct that you need to relocate the intercooler as the winch goes where it used to reside. I can share some additional photos and such later today or look me up on Facebook - Paul Haskew in one of the Raptor groups, or on Instagram - paulhaskew1.

Rick, does this mean that the bumps and deavers will ship separately? If so, that would be ideal as I know my deavers will take a bit longer.

I have. I mainly post in my Facebook group rather than here. The stock springs nosed dived a lot and i wound up pounding the skid plates after jumps and such. Will see how these do on the Pony Express run.

Let me know how it goes off road with these springs. I have mine installed as well but haven't had a chance to get out in the dirt yet.

I have the Eibach springs installed and am enjoying the ride change and the increased height in the front. I will be taking the truck out for a 900+ mile off road run next month and can report more on how it handles then.

Mine was ordered 8/1, built 10/12, released 12/13, loaded on a trailer for a 10 hour haul on 12/23. So far no momentment and no ETA.
