Greetings, I just purchased this part and it will not fit in a 2019 Raptor or a 2016 F150. The parts manager told me Ford does not list one for a Raptor... Edit; Looks like Ford sent me the "8U5Z-9C268-B" I guess an 8 and B are similar....Will try the BU5Z instead.

You stated that it works fine if the truck is running. After ensuring there is no binding and all parts are lubed, I would look into getting the battery tested as electronic strikes pull an extremely large amount of inrush current which might not be available if your battery is marginal.

Mine does this as well, usually after a rain and sitting a day or so. I think it's just the pads sticking to the rotors as they do tend to rust over quickly.

I installed this as well. Made my own bracket instead of using the zip ties or spending $50 to buy one. Had to play with the sensitivity but works fine now, even had thunder set it off one morning...It also sends a notification to FordPass.

I purchased the felt and spray on Amazon.

Prior to installing my safe I bought speaker box felt and some spray adhesive and had the wife line the sides. No rattles or scratches!
