Would you happen to have the part numbers of the parts I might need to replace?

Is this something the warrants making a trip to the dealership? I’m not very mechanically inclined but with some guidance I can hold my own, or atleast I think I can. Also I did notice that I’m wasting more gas than usual, could this be why?

Got this CEL about a week ago. No change in performance, running strong. Mods include ora 550 tune, full race IC, AFE CAI, borla mid pipes. Tried resetting it by disconnecting the battery and resetting codes with the tuner but it keeps coming back up. Nothing looks loose from what I can tell...
