Just had the 15,000 maintenance done last week. I had requested the new TSB for the software update to prevent the cam phaser issue. I was told by the service writer Ford temporarily put the TSB on hold as it was causing transmission issues! Anyone else being told this?

If your truck is newer double check with your dealer as the windshield has a 1 year warranty for stress cracks!

Has anyone lost the TraveLink voice commands (i.e. “show weather map”, “show fuel prices”, etc) after upgrading the Sync 3 maps?

Not really. It may have been just how close my phone was to the screen. There was a very noticeable difference that’s why I commented as the weather map is a screen I use often in my travels.

Then what makes the Sync 2 look so much better than the Sync 3? This is the difference between my 2015 King Ranch and my 2019 Raptor...

I have the same issue periodically. On my last oil change dealer couldn’t duplicate so of course they wouldn’t look into it further!

The Sync 2.0 I had in my 2015 King Ranch was by far better. For a nearly $80k vehicle this is junk!
