Was doing some off-roading yesterday and appear to unfortunately have put some scruff marks (from tree branches, doesn’t appear to be scratches) on the front panel above the tire well / back of side mirror. Not sure if the pictures do any justice the damage, but anybody have any recommendations...
I thought covid would push out the window. Also, given they do continually have last minute cancellations and availability that go unused, I didn’t think it would be a ‘big deal’ to use up one of those slots, considering I did after all purchase an expensive truck. Apparently I was wrong (or too...
Purchased my Gen2 Raptor in the summer of 2019 with a plan to attend Raptor Assault in summer 2020. Given travel restrictions with CV19, I ended up not registering with an expectation that I’d be able to roll my registration forward into the 2021 registration cycle.
Fast forward to today, I...
Two questions... (2019 802a Raptor)
1 - I've read conflicting reports about people saying it makes sense to get your first oil change at around the 1K miles mark. Not sure what to believe and if the ecoboost changes anything here; should I just wait till the 'recommended' oil change mileage...
The weird thing is...the car actually drove fine. I didn’t notice any major differences with the handling surprisingly and the tire PSI ranged from 46-48. No bumps just flat road driving, but did probably drive up to 55 mph. There was still plenty of clearance in the back, but the big thing was...

To be honest, I've only had the truck for a month and didn't know what the max payload capacity was until after I got on the road (not a good excuse, I know).
I agreed to help out a co-worker by delivering 100 bags of rice to be sent out to folks in the Bahamas impacted by the hurricane.

So...long story short...I ended up driving around 40 miles this morning with ~2,300lbs of salt bags in the bed of my truck not realizing that I was a WHOPPING 1,000 lbs over my max payload capacity (based on google saying ~1200 average payload capacity)!
Only have ~1100 miles on the truck, but...
Currently have about ~1,100 miles on my Raptor. Not sure what the official auto term is here, but my truck kind of hesitates / stalls / stutters going between gear 3 and 4 when I first start driving in the morning.
Is this normal on a new truck? Feel like I've had this issue on other trucks in...
This might be a dumb question. I've just surpassed the 1 month mark with my (beautiful) Raptor. Can I still purchase extended warranty coverage through Ford? Should I go with another provider (i.e. what is Flood)?
