GEN 2 PART OUT – SVC, Deaver, Cobb, CVF, BuiltRight and more (Orange County, CA Pickup)

I’ll buy the Deavers. I’m in Sacramento but will be in LA next week for work.

Is anyone running 37s on Eibach springs?

Eibach's and 37" KO2s with factory beadlocks. I've been running the springs for a while. Just got the tires and beadlocks.

    My Gen 2 story

Curious about the 100k comment. Are you more worried about resale value or do you feel vehicles have reliability issues and feel worn at that point. In my dad’s day 100k and vehicles were done but I’m starting to think maybe 150k is the “new” 100k. At least I hope so cause I already have 33,000...

GEN 2 18 Months of Raptor Ownership, summized.

I bought a new 2020 about 18 months ago and have racked up 33,000 miles. Absolutely love it and no issues so far. As discussed mileage is not that great but I'm coming from a Tacoma with 33's that didn't really get that much better mileage. The Raptor has so much more power and fun per mile...

    Eibach leveling springs

I did the Eibach’s a week after purchase on my 2020. I brought it back to dealer and they recalibrated the shocks while I waited (~30min) and did not charge me. I didn’t feel like it needed it and I didn’t feel a difference, just peace of mind.

GEN 2 Ford Pass on IOS14 battery drain

I started having the battery drain last week. Deleted Ford app and reinstalled and was fine for about a week. Today it’s draining again... I’ll try again.

    Wow how times have changed

I had 1981 and 1983 Toyota 4x4’s and the 1985 is last without IFS. You’d have to pay $10k to get a good one today!

    Level or No Level?

I leveled mine with Eibachs and the dealership recalibrated the shocks. I like the look but it’s pretty subtle. Here’s stock vs “leveled”

GEN 2 What else is in your garage?

Sold earlier this year, more room in the garage now but not enough to park the Raptor...

Percentage of raptor owners that actually really use their trucks

I have no problem “using” mine in the dirt but it will mainly do so to get to camping, shooting or dirtbike riding areas. Riding dirtbikes through forrest trails and wide open desert makes doing so in trucks, even Raptors less exhilarating.

    New guy from Northern CA

Hi Guys, Finally pulled the trigger on a new Raptor and loving it so far. Coming from a Tacoma, I'm enjoying the power and the extra room! Not a great pic but this is all I have now. More in the future, I'm sure. Steve
