Livernois Head/Cam Package power loss confusion

They were designed for NA for the 2010 1/2 Raptor R, But the one 2010 1/2 Raptor R that ran the Baja 1000 had even higher lift cams and required modified heads. True HP numbers are still somewhat of a secret, but it's well north of 500 at the crank Any extra air and fuel mix is just a big bonus...

    Upgrades to support Whipple?

They are for wheel hop (aka. axle wrap), you're going to need them when Supercharging, otherwise you could never take off from the light without breaking stuff. To stabilize the rear, a rear spring upgrade is needed. Deavers or Icon will do. As for injectors, I would not use the 47 lbs. I ran...

    Remote start not working

My dealer that installed my Whipple removed the hood switch completely. Now I do not remember if he tied the wires together or taped them apart. Sorry But I would unplug it and if that doesn't work, try a jumper wire in the connection. All it does is prevent someone from starting the engine...

    Remote start not working

No No, the Ford Factory Gold Alarm is not found in a Raptor, I special ordered mine because it's a 6 button key fob. It's meant for Expeditions, Windstars, anything with extra doors or tailgates to operate. I use that for my electric Pace Edwards remote controlled bed cover.

    Remote start not working

I thought it's, Lock twice then remote start. It's like that on 2013 factory remote. My Ford factory Gold alarm installed by dealer only requires to press and hold remote start for 3 seconds. You can try these.

    GEN 1 Oil Pressure

https://store.sdhqoffroad.com/ SDHQ used to sell the oil filter sandwich plate so you can add the oil pressure gauge. I don't see it any more on their website so you're going to have to call them.

    Upgrades to support Whipple?

@Cody Templeton Absolutely necessary, wheel hop of any kind is not a good thing for the engine, tranny and rear end. And no, you do not lose ground clearance with the right Traction Bars. I highly recommend RPG for the traction bars you will not even lose articulation. Made with billet...

    Upgrades to support Whipple?

Billet Oil Pump gears!!! Traction Bars!!! Always use Hi Test, change the oil more often. And of course, don't beat the shit out of it. Don't use HP Tuner to boost power level beyond the capability of the stock engine, that is why some blew their stuff up. HP Tuner software corrupts the back end...

    Supercharged Cat Delete

The SW Hi-Flow cats did not last with Supercharging. Not sure if they have newer ones that can handle the extra heat and pressure. Make sure you tell them you have a Whipple installed on your truck. There are a few guys that went that route on this forum, only to have them fail. Then the only...

    Supercharged Cat Delete

Like FTO said, finding someone to turn them off is going be hard. I only know of two persons with a Stage II Whipple and 1 7/8" LTs running cat-less. Plus, they're both also running a mono blade 155mm TB But this was done years ago. Both are not daily drivers!!! If my memory is still correct, 1...

    Aftermarket intake manifold

Nope, there isn't anything. Supercharging is your best bang for your bucks.

    Supercharged Cat Delete

That's not why you use the rear O2 extender. The PCM is looking for the amount of time it takes for the rear O2 to reach a specified temperature. (AKA. heated O2s) If it takes too long to heat up or heats up to quickly the PCM will through a code, whether the cats are damaged, clogged or blown...

    Supercharged Cat Delete

@Bodhi Once a cat breaks and starts to collapse, it can block the flow and seriously damage the engine, especially when Supercharged!!! You will need a revised Tune from Whipple to turn off the rear O2's, if you don't want to see the wrench light. And best to do a data log, so you do not run...

    Truck won't start

Nope, unfortunately the compressor needs to come off to pull the bolts up holding the alternator down.
