I found the Rhino Pack accessories but I cannot figure out what bed cover that is with the mounting channels built into it.

Does anyone recognize what this system is? This truck with Texas plates was in Pueblo, CO at the hotel we were staying at... I left a note to see if the owner would call me but that work as planned. The mounts said Rhino Pac on them but I didn't see anywhere on the bed cover or the actual rack...

I have 31K on my OEM set but could probably go another 15K on them but I like fresh meat.

It is about time to replace my tires and I would like some recommendations. I want to stay with the stock size 315/70R17 and my truck is driven on the street 90% of the time so I would like something that will last but will perform well off road as well. Thank you in advance for your input.
