For the S8 light bar I welded some tabs to my trans cooler mount. The duallys are clamped to the tubes with axia alloys clamps.

This is definitely ambitious, I agree that you’ll probably have to plate the firewall as well. I’m wishing you luck with this project.

I love it, it's a blast to drive. I do have a problem never knowing where to draw the line with this truck though. I've always tossed around the idea of doing a full back half and linking it but I'm not sure it's the right truck to do it to.

I had the same liners before I long traveled my truck. I absolutely loved them, very stout and the fitment was great with boatec fenders.

This was my first time really taking it out off-road with the long travel build, no fine tuning on the shocks at that point.

Well, I'm totally stealing this idea for my ram 2500 with Carli suspension. This is an unaceptable amount of sag on a 3/4 ton truck lol.
