2020 Raptor crew cab, 12K miles and 10 months old.
A few weeks ago it rained and there was water in the cab, I assumed I had left the door cracked when I saw the water on the floor boards.

I went to see a 2019 that they had but did not like it, the GM said I could order what I wanted and he would give me the same deal, worked out to 9-10% off.

Yes agreed but in the middle of building a shop and my work is having covid19 crisis mode, so wanted to get the first change done at 2500 miles.

So I had my first oil change on my new 2020 raptor. I went full synthetic and to a very reputable dealership.
everything went great, people were nice quick and easy no problem.
