Ended up picking up a used HVAC unit from a Platinum. Uploaded my original stock asbuilt to it ad all works as it should. Still not heard back from Forscan, but it seems that either my brand new unit was bad (unlikely) or there is a software update needed to the new unit before the asbuilt is...
