The oil pump gears are a huge pain to do with or without the supercharger, this is a fair price I pay same 5 years ago.

Your best option is KHC in NJ or JDM.

Before the upgrade mine was running perfectly with smooth shifting and the dyno numbers 545 HP at the wheels its about 670 at the crank. in few days we will complete the tuning, from info that we have, for now, the truck performs better than previous Whipple Gen 2.

please post your dyno results, probably something wrong with the installation or the tune. I'm sure if you replace the oil pump gears it will perform better, LOL

The price is ridiculously outraging, I can make it in CNC machine shop cheaper and better.

Don't take my words as a baseline for tuning, I will make a decision after consultation with Jim Sr and evaluation of all the options and the numbers after the dyno. Jim Sr is a well-known tuner in Ford Performance community and his expertise and knowledge will play important role in my decision.

The rule of thumb is around 700 at the crank with stock internals and stock fuel pump.

The goal is to tune the truck to the max performance and stay on the safe side for the internals.

i reinstall the stock cats after the ARH high flow cats fail and almost damage the engine .

My truck with Whipple 2nd Gen with 47lb injectors and headers make 545 RW with safe tune (emission legal). Now I'm waiting for JDM to finalize the set up of 3Gen SC and depend on performance we will decide if i stay with 47lb injectors or 60lb .to be clear its ez to gain the HP but I'm looking...
