When replacing the spark plugs they broke. after 3 spark plugs out of 4 broken, the decision was made to remove the cylinder heads.

Yes I agree with you that pin 67 and 68 should not come out of voltage.
The test was done PCM on workbench.
So no other parasitic food.
I powered the pcm as shown in the diagram.
Just the ground and permanent 12v 5A power supply.
And I get 11.5v out of Pin 67 and 68.
So internal problem.

I come back to you with my last test and conclusion
in image, taken N°1 on the left of the pcm.
Currently a 12v return (11.5v exactly) arrives on fuse 75 when the ignition is off.
The PCM therefore seems to be incriminated.
There is no power return through sockets 2 and 3.

New problem with my 2010 ford raptor.
During a maneuver the vehicle is turned off all by itself.
Unable to start since.
No response from starter.
No communication with the ecu.
Fuse checked.
