Hello Yes I agree with you that pin 67 and 68 should not come out of voltage. The test was done PCM on workbench. So no other parasitic food. I powered the pcm as shown in the diagram. Just the ground and permanent 12v 5A power supply. And I get 11.5v out of Pin 67 and 68. So internal problem.
