If you have the AWE resonators check to make sure they were installed the right way, they have a bend in them to keep them just above that cross member, if they aren’t positioned right, like mine were they will rub and cause that vibration

Hillman spring (543183) worked for the wastegate rattle with zero issues so far. I also had a bad interior rattle, got worse when I came to a stop while in gear. I found that the exhaust was touching a cross member where the resonators are. Fixed that and now the interior rattles are gone.

Changed spark plug gap, removed oil separator, checked for leaks, no dice

Thanks for all the input, I’ll try re gapping the plugs, and looking for a leak, had the phasers done and both dealer updates

I have a 2017 raptor just over 80k miles, and started having a vibration at idle, only when in gear at a stop when rpms are at the lowest. Noticeably worse when a/c is running. Goes away as soon as rpms increase. Truck has intake, exhaust, intercooler and tune. No other issues, drives and runs...

So I have eibach up front and just upgraded the leafs to icon option 1. Drives awesome but the back is sitting a little high for my liking. Did anyone with option 1 have their rear settle down at all? So far I have about 50 miles on them.

Clear everything with forscan or at a min leave negative battery terminal unplugged for like 20 min, change all the fluids, new plugs properly gapped, I’d recommend cooler plugs if you’re planning on doing a tune in the future. You may also want to see if your intercooler needs to get drained, my aftermarket cooler has a weep hole plug that I unscrew and let drain every oil change.

You can get the whip for 20 bucks at the gas station down the street from the dunes, I ordered the sticky whips suction cups online.
