Installed my CBI ditch light brackets, and the Baja Designs pods, the upfitter switches were more of a pain to use them I thought they would be. A foot of wire would of been nice.
Do you have the raceface tailgate pad too? I bought 3 different ones trying to see which one I like the most and ended up keeping the raceface one. You can't use the rear camera but I just fold the little hole cover in half so I can still access the handle.

The beauty rings on my wheels were showing their age so I gave them a bit of a refresh, never liked the silver much so I painted then satin black. Looks like a different set of wheels now. Just need some black lugs.

I have mixed feelings on mine too, I love the DRL in the day time, I really wish it would shut off when the headlights are on though, it has too much going on with all the different lights all over the truck imo.

Mine were like that on my 2014 when I bought it, it drove me crazy, I was going to sand and have them re cleared but I ended up getting a deal on the Morimoto XBs that I couldn't pass up. Ended up selling the old set on eBay for $400 each. If you sell them, sell them separately, you'll get...
Was under the truck putting the sway bar end links back on, was chasing a front end clunk. Looked at the OEM tape covering the body holes, a few were starting to come off, decided to take all the OEM plastic off, clean and put Gorilla Waterproof sealing tape over all of them. Luckily they are...
Have any of you guys used any of the simple post bedracks like the Yakima Outpost or similar variants? I need one to mount a cargo box, don't need a heavy duty overland style rack so one of the more simple ones is what I'm looking for. I see some that say that they fit the 2nd gen but not much...
Yea I thought about checking out the pull it yard and doing that exact same thing. I had to do a similar repair to the rear hatch on my 3rd gen 4runner about 5 years ago. I just pulled a harness and spliced it away from the bends. Worked great.
Are all f150 door harnesses the same? Does the...
I definitely thought about that when I was looking around the garage for my heat shrink. I taped up each solder point really well and then did super tight tape around the entire bundle to keep the bending down to minimum, and if you look at it when the door closes, it doesn't bend all that...
Got it all soldered up, I hate soldering little ass wires, I wonder if the speaker wires have been severed for a while, the sound is much better now that they are all fixed up, I also added a little silicone hose cap to the sharp piece of hard plastic that I guess gives support to the harness...
Anyone have this issue before? Got done Mountain Bike riding today and put my gear in the back seat. Started the truck and had a notification that the door was still open, got out and reshut, checked the latch, still open. Then I noticed that the speaker wasn't working, so I figured it was a...
I have used mine a few times going down a local mountain full of switchbacks, it's kind of scary to give it full speed control and know that it will brake in the turns when speed gets up haha.
