Broken valve spring and dropped valve 2013 6.2L
It's an easy fix... I swapped my valve spring after it failed and the truck ran like a champ. Tony- lxh89

2019 Roush 9k miles, bent my frame need advice
From the picture, looks like an impact to front of the vehicle directly at the end of frame rail. Likely hit an object that was about the height of the bumper where it ties into the frame rail (or a little shorter). If they can repair that frame bend, it won't total. GEN 1 New OEM Fox Shocks, remove "wrap"?
How many miles did your original shocks have before replacement? Mines got over 71k and I'm thinking replacing them will make a big diff in ride quality. Thanks, Tony- lxh89
