Could be gone by now but there was a 21 AMB 37 on the lot at an MN dealer for 6.5k over listed this morning.

Yet another massive letdown. Figured it was chip related but I guess not. In any case has me wondering why I'm even bothering to wait for this truck after 6 months.

Gen3 could be different but I couldn't lock mine with the fob if it was running.

Don't have my truck yet but on my 2020 I could leave it running with the keys inside and lock the doors with the keypad.

While nothing is guaranteed I think your assumptions are safe. Just keep in mind all of your tax obligations. Even in this market a dealer giving you a 37 at sticker is unlikely to pay you close to that money for a used 35. Worst case, taking the 35 now might cost you 10k to hold you over until...

Talked to the FP Techline and they said "there was a lot of movement in your order on December 6th and yesterday". Not sure what "movement" is possible in an order that hasn't been picked up yet. Close to investing in a nice pair of walking shoes at this point.

Those were my thoughts as well. Really wasn't too worried about the deposit: no truck and I'll dispute with Amex, and if I somehow end up with two trucks I'll buy both! Was ready to do that but when the dealer who claims to have an allocation told me not to I didn't know what to think.
