I pray that what you found out about CA emissions is exactly the case with my Raptor, currently on a transport to me in SoCal. I've been sick all day after the dealer panicked and said they couldn't complete the ref because the "F-159" aren't CA Certified!
I've been exhausting myself trying to figure it out, and at this point have just said to register it to my family in Colorado until it gets miles on it. I think...How stupid is it that they won't LET you register a vehicle that passes smog? After all, ain't that the point of getting people to stop registering elsewhere? Makes no sense.
Anyways, thank GOD I found your post, because I may be able to sleep better tonight.
