I did my own with Raptor liner 2k, sprayed both sides, plan on 3-4 shaker cans. Came out excellent with the spray can, but stripping the original liner off is a giant pain in the arse. I ended up using an air chisel to get most of it off, then wire wheel/nylon grit wheel. Strippers didn’t work...

For those that do not know, this 10 speed transmission was developed by a joint effort by Ford and Chevy. It’s been a nightmare in pretty much all the vehicles they have used it in on the Chevy side including a class action lawsuit by several states… Very similar shifting and vibration issues...
You want to leave the clear label/wrap on. It protects the shiny aluminum finish. If you drive in salt they do corrode/oxidize anywhere the clear wrap isn’t. Also it prevents rock chipping on the aluminum shock body by taking the abuse instead of the aluminum.
