New Raptor R will cost around $250K CDN.
170k MSRP
10k warranty & maintenance
50K dealer markup (pieces of *****)
13K luxury tax
12k fed tax
~$245k assuming its 1:1 conversion form US build price.
Even more if outside AB where provincial taxes and more luxury taxes apply.
Well there is no way I'm paying any ADM over 5-10Gs. I'm willing to shop anywhere in Canada to avoid ADM and even try to buy it in the States if possible. I'll have to read up on buying US vehicles.
I can see it. Was Raptor R available in 2021? Or was it just 22-23? Highly anticipated vehicle that has a distinct look that lasted only two years will for sure be sought after.
But if Ford stops making the Rs after 2024, then it'll be the 2024 model people will be after.
From the pictures, it seems the visual exterior changes are:
- Front grille
- Front bumper
- Tow hooks
- Headlights
- Tail lights
- Front and rear graphics
- Wheels
let me know if you know of more interior or exterior changes.
Rumored interior changes:
- vertical infotainment screen
- Heads up...
I'm looking to order a 2024 Raptor R, When they start taking order, which dealer should I visit for MSRP? I'm looking to order in AB if a dealer will work with me.
I really want a heads up display in the fords. I have a 22 gmc and it has a huge heads up display. And I love it. It's bright and big.
GMs have had HUD for a long time now, I don't know why Ford hasn't also started offering it yet.
I know it's a minor thing but hopefully that's part of the...
Ok yea for sure. But still feels a bit ******. It's called MSRP for a reason. Govt or manufacturers shouldn't be letting the dealers pull this shit.
I'm still contemplating on whether I should give in and pay the ADM to secure an allocation.
But a lot of options become available at 200k price...
Basically the message they're sending is: "You're not poor, you obviously earn enough money to afford a $150K truck and We want additional $50,000 because you're better off than majority of the buyers. If you think you deserve a $150K vehicle because you worked hard and saved up all that money...
called another dealer and they are taking deposits for the Raptor R with $50,000 ADM. They have no info on pricing or vehicle but know that they are marking it up by 50 grand.
