Is the Cobb FMIC CARB (calif air resource board) legal, If not, what will be the fix come smog time? I would like to install a FMIC but have concerns about the Calif smog BS. Truck looks really good though.

I have only seen "E" and "C" rated tires in the BFG 315/70/17. Please direct me to the "D" rated tires from BFG in the 315/70/17 tire size.

I am using the Cobb Accessport with their OTS tune, (impressed with the Accessport but not impressed with the OTS tune), I then installed Goosetuned Custom Stage 1 tune with the Cobb TCM and I couldn't be happier. The thing pulls and runs like a beast, all on crappie California 91 octane fuel...
