In Production: 8/18. Built: 9/27. Newest status shows "shipped" as of 9/29. I called Ford main customer service yesterday, they gave me a railcar #. I used that, called Norfolk Southern rail customer service (Ford provided rail company info), and discovered my truck arrived in Kansas City, MO...

It amazes me that one day they have a bunch of information and the next they have no clue. I feel like we are being played for fools.

Just like @beachz, mine went from built to shipped in one day. Hope everyone’s final stretch is like that, as well. We’ll see how accurate the ETA is.

Any idea how many modules should populate on a “completed build”? I’m not terribly familiar with that lingo. Just using it as a gauge of progress since no one at Ford seems to be able to provide it.

I called Ford customer service this morning and they show I’m on microchip hold with no clue on a resolution timeframe. 12/29/21 order date, 8/18/22 In Production date. 801a, wheel locks. They awarded me no points and may God have mercy on my soul.

Update: Called ford corporate 800-392-3673, and they said it's on microchip hold. They stated the longest it will sit "should be" 30 days, worst case scenario. Also, my dingus salesman finally checked with the zone rep, who said my build shows 9/26. So, I assume that's how long until the...

Do you think the truck shipping via convoy vs. rail is quicker? I've got no concept of that process. Doesn't seem like Ford spokespeople do either.

It’s gonna be a painfully slow burn ‘til the very day we get our trucks. I check this thread like 3x a day hoping someones status has progressed. My dealer has no clue on timelines.
