Allocations are now given with a "proven" retail order if dealer registers it properly. If the dealer had you sign paperwork when ordering then they should get an allocation. Having parts to build a 37 package could be another story.
May be due to drastically reduced inventories due to covid and w/2021 launch of all new F-150 the Raptor version will be late availability if available for 2021, not in order guides yet.
2021 is next update for regular F-150 with also an electric coming, doubt any delays for Raptor as the time between Gen 1 and Gen 2's was to go to the 3.5 EB and aluminum body. At least that's what Ford is telling dealers on the regular F-150, they provided no more info on Raptor.
I don't see the 3.5 EB going away, it's the most modifiable EB they have. EPA dictates all manufactures average 55 MPG by 2025. Ford is currently at 25 MPG across all lines so who knows what's going to happen.
