Sorry if I made it confusing. While it is different than others everything you need is included. The removal of the shroud can he completely reversed as well! You won't be disappointed.

I'm not familiar with other intercoolers. I suspect though because they are being relocated in front of radiator. It won't add power persay. But it will keep the truck from heat soaking so easily and losing power. High intake temps are the enemy of a turbo engine. ECU has to decrease timing...

Nothing comes off but the skid plate. Installation is basically Identical after skid plate is removed. Installation was pretty easy.

I can't exactly say as I haven't done it. But I doubt it. Just some bolts to remove I think

I don't see any reason to remove the bumper for the IC install. But if you're doing fogs maybe it would be helpful.

Yes. Going to try and have my review posted by tonight. Not sure what shroud you mean exactly. The stock shutter system remains but the plastic surround of it is removed. Just retained by clips. Easy to remove.

I'd give the CVF fab intercooler a look. I'll have a review posted soon of it. Very pleased with it and price can't be beat.
