Sounds like the noise is coming from the shackle. You can see the shackle moving as you bounce the truck. Perhaps the leaf spring bushing and shackle needs grease.
Icon confirmed with me that they recently updated the leaf springs and said they're going to switch out the first one I received (old version) with an updated one so I'll have a matching pair. It looks like both of yours are the updated version so you're good to go.
Does anyone know if ICON recently update their Raptor leaf springs or if there are counterfeit ones out there?
I ordered a set of ICON springs through one of the FRF supporters (Neo-Garage) for my 2020 SCREW back in August 2020 and, of course, they were back-ordered and were shipped...
I had the issue (unable to switch driving modes) after having Eibach springs installed on my 2020 SCREW by the dealer. Took it back in and the techs couldn't figure it out. After phoning in help from Ford, they finally determined it was the shock solenoid in the front passenger side shock...
Does anyone have the instructions for removing the center stack they can provide? I'd like to add the USB charger but I don't want to risk busting up the plastic connectors.
The right height reset is for fox live valve shocks. When you install longer coils (Eibach or Geisers), the shock is extended further than it is with the stock set up. Therefore, the ride height needs to be reset back to 0 so the computer that controls the shocks knows that the shock is at its...
It’s called a “Ride Height Calibration”. After installing the Eibachs, the computer that controls the live valves thinks the front end is around 33mm in the air. Ask them to reset the right height to 0. I think the calibration is in the VDM. There's some discussion on this forum about it on...
I have to ask...Did you try to scan for radio stations on FM and AM? Master reset probably deleted all your presets and the tuner is now sitting on the low end of FM band on an unused frequency.
I had the same issue after I had the Eibachs installed on my 2020 SCREW (still waiting for Icon leafs for the rear). Since I had the Eibachs installed by the dealer, I took my truck back to them to have the shocks reset and that got rid of the issue.
