No worries at all, a little smart asserey never hurt anyone. Thanks for the suggestions on the sumos. I’ll look into them. I’m interested in the icons as well and curious to hear what your experience is with them.
Yes, it would have to squat 2.75 to make contact. I sent them back today. Timbren changed the kit and part number recently because they said they were having problems with the one for the Gen 2. They claim the kit they sent me is the proper kit and that they have had no complaints. I find it...
Just got mine today and installed them. Bone stock 2018 and there is almost 2.75 inches from the bottom of the bump stop to the contact pad. The bump stop itself is only 3.9 inches tall. Can anyone confirm the proper length for the stops they are using? Thanks. I saw reference to a 4.5 but I'm...

Selling a set of fire stone airbags. Just pulled these off of my 2014 Ford Raptor. Part number is 2565. They were on the truck for about 2 years and are still in great shape. You will need to replace one of the U shaped bail clamps as I have misplaced one since...
Agree they will move a little but I've looked at a few of my friends and they don't have this issue. I would have thought they would have had some 3M on the back or something to avoid this.
So, are you saying you have these scratches or do not?
Just curious if anyone has had this problem. I noticed today that all 4 of my flares are scratching the paint. This is a 2014 with 19K miles and the truck has been babied since day 1 ( I know thats not the point of owning a raptor but it is what it is).
Here is mine, bad pic but I picked it up at Bass Pro. Cant remember the name of it off the top of my head , I think it's called truck tent. I use it with a BAKFLIP.
How much did this raise the back of your truck with the minimum 10 PSI required to prevent damage to the bags? I installed mine this week and I was surprised to find the truck sitting a little over an inch higher in the rear. Not complaining, just curious.
I'm aware that the slight bog is normal as is an RMP fluctuation. What is not normal is at 70MPH going down the freeway the truck feels like it's missing every time the AC cycles. Thanks for the input, I'll swing it by the dealer this week.
Ok, this is a new one, or at least I think it is. I've searched the forum and can't find anyone talking about this so here it goes.
I noticed last year when I bought the truck that when the AC compressor cycles there is a slight clunk and the engine bogs just a little. Nothing catastrophic...
