2018 SCAB Towing issues. Need help! Clicky here!

I wouldn't worry too much about towing a boat near the limit even if you keep everything stock. Boats are closer to 5% tongue weight compared to 10-15% for travel trailers and generally less affected by crosswinds. SCAB wheelbase is fine for a 24' boat. If you really want to upgrade...

Guidance with Ford Corporate, bad transmission?

Depending on how you use your truck, asking for an extension of the factory warranty to go with your rebuild could be a good option. If you're going places that tow trucks can't get, you're probably better off insisting on a new unit.

    Aftermarket blow off valves

For the record, I think your truck sounds fine except for the BOV. Not sure why anyone would want to make a pressure release valve louder.

Deaver +2 & SVC Bumpstop Kit

I doubt it's come up yet, but anyone have experience with Deavers voiding the warranty on other rear suspension components? I got the factory extended maintenance plan specifically to cover the shocks.

Most weight you've ever hauled in your bed?

You're fine - rear suspension sees way more dynamic load in action, worst case scenario you compressed to the factory bump and it sat on the frame for a bit

    New Owner with voltage concerns

The battery doesn't drain at idle under normal operating conditions...that would be a very poorly designed system. The battery drains over time due to the small but constant current draw while in "sleep" mode and the normal self discharge of SLA batteries.

    New Owner with voltage concerns

That's some nice reference material right there! Above poster is correct that current gen f-150s use variable alternator output voltage - can be anywhere from 12.7 to 14.4V depending on battery state of charge. One thing to point out from the last paragraph, F150s with auto start stop use...
