Well I was one of the lucky ones. Avalanche Grey R built of Jan 28, shipped week of Feb 6, picked up from dealer on Feb 17. PPF front end and ceramic coated week of Feb 20th. 100 miles in and I love it.

Had a similar problem. After Ford replaced my windshield it was sent off to a body shop where they confirmed the A-pillar seams failed. Seams were fixed and no further leaks.

I feel your frustration. I have a 2018 and two years back the pax body seam at the A pillar roof line separated. After resealing and replacing the windshield Ford finally sent it to the body shop. They quickly identified the seams were bad on both sides and seams were re-sealed. No problems since.

Picked up a set of UCAs and tie rods for Christmas. Just a reminder, SVC recommends running 0 offset wheels and you will have to drill out the taper on the knuckle for the new bearing.

Got the truck back this past Friday. Body shop repaired both pax and driver side seams at the A-pillar roof line. Glass reinstalled. No leaks so far after substantial rains this weekend. Fingers crossed it holds.

Glass company came back out this am. Window seal is good. Dealership is sending it to their body shop for the seam and giving me a Prius as a loaner hoping they get it fixed correctly.
