Hi i saw that you help Don Gravatt (I think i was Crystal) with his problem with his lower doors(well next to it) lower body rust starting to bubble up, I have the same problem. So i would like to know what steps are next you i go to the dealer first or wait for your response?
i am a canadien owner and live there is that a problem?

Thank you for your Email. It is not feasible to return to the servicing dealer (Kamloops Ford Lincoln) at this time as the truck is out of province and will not be back for a year. I use the truck for work and it stays in Alberta while I reside in BC. I had it to a dealer in Alberta (DK Ford) and had a very poor experience with them. The Kamloops dealer was outstanding, really good. The Alberta dealer was not. I will say that the staff at DK Ford were great, the service manager was great, but the service foreman or lead was NOT great at all and there was zero difference in the truck when I left.

The mileage is 68,500 km (+ or - 100 or so km) VIN 1FTFW1R65DF D06569, the vehicle is owned by my company 1866174 AB LTD. Please feel free to contact me if you need more info. It seems to me like there could be a machining error in the build of the slip yoke components. Simply greasing the slip yoke is a very temporary band-aid, not a fix.

Hello, I have a 2013 Raptor, it has 65,000 km on it. I have what has been described on this forum as the "Ford Clunk" I recently had it in to a dealed that replaced the slip yoke seal and added Teflon grease to the splines of the driveshaft. This took care of the problem and my truck had no clunk at all....for a few thousand km. Obviously the problem area has been defined as the dealer was able to make the clunk disappear, if only temporarily. I would like to know what Ford is doing or can do to permanently eliminate this noise and accompanying chassis shudder on my truck. As it is, the "clunk" is intolerable and the one thing I HATE about this truck. As far as the rest of the truck goes, it is the best 1/2 ton I have owned and I am very happy with it. The clunk is the only major issue, but it is a BIGGIE. Unacceptable on a vehicle of this level. Please advise.
