I just got my Raptor today (35, cast iron wheels, rapid red), and I’ve ordered the same venomrex 601 bl wheels. I plan to get them installed by late next week, I think they look great. I’m a little bit concerned they are 0 offset, so they will stick out about 1.5 inches more than stock, but...

It reached my dealer in the evening yesterday, going to pick it up Tuesday. :)

Well, my truck is now in Pearland, TX on Ramp 7L. Thats just 30min from my dealer in Houston. Hoping I'm finally near the end of this journey, but who knows!

I called ford marketing and they told me that my truck is now in Pearland, TX, which is just 30min away from dealer. I guess its just waiting for a truck to pick it up and deliver it to my dealer at this point.

Bummer.. mine’s heading to Houston, Texas as well, built since 11/28, shipped 12/03, ETA 12/14 - 12/20. Last update was it was in riverdale Illinois last week.

@Magnetic Personality you’re welcome, glad to see they were able to help you out.I’m keeping my expectations low, since even shipping has seen delays of multiple weeks. Will post here when I get some more updates.

I found it from a fb post that someone posted, it’s 1(800)-334-4375. I totally understand the inconsistent responses are frustrating. For my truck, the response from ford marketing and my dealer seem to match up atleast. I would be interested to hear what they have to say about yours.

So I called ford marketing today and they seem to have much better updates than the ford customer service representatives. They told me the truck is currently in Riverdale Illinois, at a junction point, waiting to load up for the next phase of its journey to me here in Texas. ETA 12/14 - 12/20...

Honestly, I think the FP customer chat have no idea what’s going on. It’s the dealership’s that know the most, due to having access to the vinview software. I had the same thing told to me, whn I called. It’s built, but it’s still on chip hold. Meanwhile dealership confirms it’s just awaiting...

and your in production a month earlier than us.. ford really needs to get their act together
