Bottom line is this thing is a truck. Nothing lines up. But for $80k you would think the kids on the assembly line would take pride in their work. Ridiculous these leave the factory like this. A drunk sailor could see how crooked this bumper was
I fixed my bumper today. My right side was 1/2inch from fender flare to bumper. Left side was 1inch. The plastic painted piece in the middle was off too because of the grill. Still working that out. Ford is a ford. Garbage

Just got my 2023. All is fine but noticed sticker came off in the driveway. Did Ford really attach the sticker (rear axle) and then paint the black undercoating only for the sticker to fall off and expose the non coated bare metal?
Dont you paint and then attach sticker? Or take the sticker off...
A copper wire with some electricity running through it. Sometimes I think this supply chain stuff is an excuse for these big companies to hide incompetence , inefficiency.....
Dealers also post customer ordered trucks on there. My truck is on autotrader via my dealer. I guess they figure I could walk or deal falls through etc..
Ive gone to pick up new cars and when they had paint defects would flat out turn them down as I dont want respray especially on dark paint. But with this crazy market and supply chain you almost have to accept it.
Also with these robots doing the spraying you would think all these issues...
