That looks like a good quality intercooler at a fair price, thanks for posting. I checked out your website and noticed that you can only add the intercooler to the cart with the Turbosmart BOV which adds $313 to the price. Does your intercooler only work with the aftermarket BOV?

Did they send you a picture of the Wagner intercooler they are selling? It would definitely be a more difficult install if it doesn’t come with the hardware unless you could contact Wagner and see if they would sell you the hardware.

I just cut the aluminum to the right size, marked and drilled some holes and bolted it on. Took me maybe 10 min using an angle grinder and drill. You will need a bolt and nut for the blowoff valve and the M6-1.00 bolts thread right into the intercooler.

I used some M6-1.00 bolts for the blowoff valve and they threaded in perfectly. For the drain plug I used a M12-1.75 drain plug from Auto Zone. The hole was tapered or not threaded fully so I ran an M12-1.75 tap through it. There may be some other specialty bolt/thread pitch that it was made...

Yes. It did not come with any hardware so I had to buy a drain plug, bolts to hold the factory blow off valve and some aluminum to make a bracket. I also ordered some weather striping off amazon for the front of the intercooler like the Mishimoto.
