Had same problem, there was a plug missing at the back of the cab and water was running threw the wiring channel up to the front of the passenger side floor, Ford couldn't find the problem after numerous visits so I got out the garden hose and found the problem fairly quick.
I had the same issue with mine that went on for months, Thought it was the ac but they checked everything and problem kept happening, Had to try find it myself, There was a rubber plug missing at the back of the truck between the bed and the cab, found it by running a water hose over the truck...

I have both MPT and the pedal commander running, Pedal commander is on lowest setting, think ill get MPT to leave throttle response at stock and use the PC to control the sensitivity of the throttle. Can be very jerky when driving around town but great on the highway.
Yes I only did the rear and left the first two alone. No it defo mellows out and sounds good, I had the same impression at first, cant drive this thing round sounding so loud, MPT tune is awesome but the CEL code was annoying. They won't do anything to do with CEL so glad the restrictors worked...
