Just got done with a little diy hydro dipping with the chrome trim pieces on the center console. I have been practicing for about a week now and those pieces were the most I was comfortable with doing so far. Oh and a coffee mug thing.

Yep I just used regular wire to wire it to my aux switches, no harness. The aux switches in the truck already have relays and fuses installed, so no need for anything else.

Don't see why you couldn't do that. I have the 40" without the wire harness, but I tied my backlighting to the parking lights.

Hey, I did get it installed and love it. I mounted it up almost exactly like the mbrp was. It is a bit louder and has more of a snarl at WOT then the mbrp. But surprisingly to me it is also quieter and has no drone at highway speeds and putting around town. Also it's called just the race venom...

I don't see anything wrong with it except the wheels. It's not gaudy or way over the top like some.

Thanks for the tip, I think I will keep be keeping it close to the stock location now that I got my old mbrp off yesterday. I even managed to get it off with out beating it up to bad. Now i am hoping to have the black widow on tonight when I get home.

I have a mbrp turn down before the axle with the resonator as of now but, plan on ditching the mbrp muffler for a black widow race venom, so I will be able to compare them by next week. But truthfully the mbrp is pretty nice, I just get bored and want to change it up. Right now I am looking for...

What's the plastic ring that goes on before the wheel? Do you mean something you put on before mounting the wheel or the beauty ring on the outside of the wheel its self.
